Rocket Monkey Coffee

This was a mellow coffee that smelt lovely, but no distinctive flavours came through in the cup.
My experience
This is a mellow, easy-drinking coffee. There aren’t any particularly bold or forward flavours, which makes it very approachable and easy to drink. It’s not the most memorable coffee I’ve tried, but I still really enjoyed it.
Sometimes you don’t want something complicated or full of strong flavours, and this works well when you just want a simple, enjoyable coffee. I’d happily buy it again for that reason.
I now have a grinder at home, so I’m grinding my beans fresh rather than using pre-ground coffee.
I only tried this coffee with cow’s milk, making both lattes and flat whites. It paired nicely with the milk and made for a smooth, uncomplicated drink.
What I liked
- Mellow and easy to drink
- Works well with milk
- A good choice when you want something simple
What I didn't
- Not particularly memorable
- Lacks distinctive or forward flavours

Espresso machine — that's all I've tried it as so far, and honestly I haven't felt the need to try anything else yet.
